Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,Greetings.I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission tentatively via a letter ballot in the near future.On 10 November 2025, Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) began a (follow-up) consultation on the Second Draft National Radio Frequency Plan (NRFP) 2025. When compared with the first NRPF that the administration planned to allocate 6425 MHz to 7125 MHz for IMT allocation, the administration added new texts about the possibility of WAS/RLAN at the same frequency band.A few individuals prepared a response to commend the administration's proposal.
