[802-LMSC] Delegation of IEEE 802.3 Working Group Chair duties during Tuesday, 3 February 2026, IEEE 802 LMSC meeting

Hi James,

Based on subclause 6.2 'Delegation of Working Group Chair duties to Working Group Vice Chair' of the IEEE 802 LMSC Operations Manual, since I won't be available, I am designating Adam Healey, the IEEE 802.3 Vice Chair, to act in my place during the Tuesday, 3 February 2026, IEEE 802 LMSC meeting.
