[802-LMSC] P802.11bi to SA ballot - conditions met



Dear 802 LMSC,

On the Feb 3, 2026 telecon, P802.11bi was conditionally approved to forward to SA ballot. With this email, I am informing the LMSC that the conditions have been met and I intend to forward P802.11bi to SA ballot.

Conditions: 
a) Recirculation ballot is completed. Generally, the recirculation ballot and resolution should occur in accordance with the schedule presented at the time of conditional approval. 
    [RS] LB293 on D4.0 has completed, the CRG met today and resolved the 3 comments received (per schedule in report).

b) After resolution of the recirculation ballot is completed, the approval percentage is at least 75% and there are no new valid
DISAPPROVE votes.
    [RS] LB293 on D4.0 completed with a 98.1% approval rate. There are no new disapprove votes.

c) No technical changes, as determined by the Working Group Chair, were made as a result of the recirculation ballot.
    [RS] No changes have been made to the draft as a result of the recirculation ballot.

 d) No new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new issues that are not resolved to the satisfaction of the submitter from existing DISAPPROVE voters.
    [RS] No new disapprove comments were received.

e) If the Working Group Chair determines that there is a new invalid DISAPPROVE comment or vote, the Working Group Chair shall promptly provide details to the IEEE 802 LMSC.
    [RS] Not applicable

f) The Working Group Chair shall immediately report the results of the ballot to the IEEE 802 LMSC including: the date the ballot closed, vote tally and comments associated with any remaining disapproves (valid and invalid), the Working Group responses and the rationale for ruling any vote invalid.
