Motion #5 (External):  Confirm Gaurav Patwardhan as the IEEE 802.18 Chair.

• Result:  Approved (43 Yes, 0 No, 4 Abstain)

Motion #6 (External):  Confirm Al Petrick and Pelin Salem as IEEE 802.18 co-Vice Chairs.
• Moved:  Jon Rosdahl
• Seconded:  James Gilb
• Result:  Approved (45 Yes, 0 No, 0 Abstain)
