[802-LMSC] Recommendation to form IEEE 802 History Subcommittee

Dear Beth and James,

I will recommend the LMSC establish the IEEE 802 History Subcommittee at the closing LMSC meeting tomorrow. 

Assuming there is concensus supporting my recommendation, it will require a motion internal be part of the History Ad Hoc agenda item.
