You moved 3.20 be after 3.30 but didn't renumber.
Also, can I please have a 3.12 II Election Preliminaries, 5 min?
3.40 should be either "Confirmation of Appointed Officers" or "Confirmation of Appointed Voting Members"
3.50 should be Confirmation of Non-Voting Appointed Members.
