At the closing meeting of the March 2026 Plenary the June teleconference was announced to be on 2 June 2026 at 19:00-2100 UTC.
IEEE SASB will be meeting in Tokyo that day, which would make the meeting from 4 am to 6 am local time on 3 June 2026 (Wednesday).
The good news is that this would not conflict with the SASB meetings on 3 June (or 2 June), but it does seem to be kind of early.
Options:
1) Hold as scheduled, attendees in Tokyo will be jet-lagged anyway.
2) Cancel now.
3) Move to 9 June 2026, 19:00-21:00 UTC
I am interested in the thoughts of the IEEE 802 LMSC members and WG/TAG Vice Chairs.
