Hi Everyone,

The July 2026 IEEE 802 Plenary Session group room block at the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel is now sold out for Standard Guest Rooms, and discounted standard room rates are no longer available.

A limited number of Deluxe and Club Level guest rooms remain available at the IEEE 802 group rates listed below, subject to availability:

• Deluxe Room: CAD $290/night* – Single/Double
• Club Level Room: CAD $340/night* – Single/Double

These rates are available until Monday, May 25, 2026, or until the remaining rooms sell out, whichever occurs first.

If the group block is unavailable for some or all of your preferred dates, standard market rates may apply.
