All - as a reminder, we are in the process of updating the LMSC's P&Ps to the new Audcom template.

Audcom needs me to submit a strict redline to the Audcom template. Because I wish to provide that to the LMSC for submission, and plenary weeks are busy, I am requesting any comments on sections to be provided to me by email by July 1, 2026, AoE, so that I
may note them in the reformatted draft I am preparing for the LMSC motion. Note that other than obvious, noncontroversial errors, I plan only to note comments in the draft I post, and comments will be discussed at the Rules meeting in July.
Because I will only note comments for discussion at the meeting (and not decide on them), I believe it is sufficient to email them to me directly (george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). Of course you are free to email the reflector if you wish.
Based on the rules meeting, the notes will either be removed or updates will be noted, and I expect to be presenting a motion to the closing LMSC meeting under Clause 10.0 "Revision of the Standards Committee P&P" to approve the updated P&Ps, submit to Audcom,
and empower myself (as 2nd Vice Chair) to provide explanations to Audcom regarding the submission. Note that this motion will not bring any changes into effect, but may, if SASB approves the unmodified document.
