[802-LMSC] 802.15 Fee waivers for November

I would like to request that the below be granted a fee waiver to attend remotely (as per IEEE 802 LMSC Chair's guidelines, Subclause 4.1, item 4).  They are experts in ship board container communications..

As I understand, the LMSC chair can approve these and it does not need LMSC confirmation.
