As you know, I've attended the IETF IPoPTR BOF, participated in the discussions, heard and understand the needs that they expressed. As you may also remember, we actually spent some time (together with Mike) discussing these points after the IETF BOF meeting.
 
I'd be interested in co-authoring framework/requirements document with you.
(That's OK ... I'll accept condolences in the evenings at the Interim meeting!)

Hello RPR folks...its about time...to think....about RPR....

Since the last RPR meeting there was a meeting at IETF
to launch work toward IP over RPR. The general concensus
was to start developing a framework and a requirements document.
First, I like to know if anyone who might be interested in
co-authoring these documents. Second, I would like to
present a reference system architecture showing the RPR MAC and thereby
conveying the boundaries of the MAC and implied functionality. This
could also help establish nomenclature and common vocabulary of terms
