Khaled, thank you for the update, and for the
dedicated follow-through.
Your contribution brings up the issue of how we
store contributions that are not made at meetings. I have a couple of
suggestions:
1) Please provide a copy in
PDF format to Mike Takefman for posting (Be sure to fill out the "document
Information" field before sending it to Mike).
2) Post all contributions made
after a meeting with the contributions for the following meeting.
Include a note indicating when the contribution was posted. This
procedure will guarantee that all contributions are captured in the documents
stored under the meeting pages.
Mike, does this sound like a good plan to
you?
Others, do you have alternate
suggestions?
Best regards,

Subject: Initial Performance
simulations
All,
As we discussed in the interim meeting in Santa
Clara, I'm attaching the PPT slides that we settled on in the meeting. I
made the modifications that were raised and indicated which items we agreed
to postpone as step #2.
Please have a look and let me know if I missed
anything. I believe that it would be beneficial to close on
this initial set of scenarios for first simulations so that we can all work
in sync in producing some coherent results that we can begin to
discuss.
Even though the main task for the November
meeting are to perform activities related to getting the PAR and 5 C's
approved, I'd like to suggest that we begin showing some preliminary
simulation results as well, since this is going to be a long process, and
getting a head start would help us all. I believe that we'll be working full
speed on this starting in the Interim meeting in January(?).
Please let me know if I missed any of the items
that we discussed and if you have any concerns or suggestions.
Thanks.
