My apologies to everyone for not having a crisp
agenda at this time. We will begin meeting at
1:15 in whatever room we are assigned.
The only real goal we have for this meeting is to
get the PAR and 5 Criteria passed. This may involve
us going to some of the other dot groups and
discussing what we are doing and why and responding
to concerns they have. These have not been scheduled
as we do not know if we will be asked anything.
Therefore I will be scheduling all requested
slots on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. If
we get a request from another dot group we will slip
tuesday's schedule as required. A couple of people
explicitly asked for monday or tuesday, as
such I will try to get them in on monday.
If other groups raise questions or concerns we
get formulate responses on wednesday. Otherwise
we will proceed with any additional work we have to
do.
I want us to spend some time on the Objectives of
the WG (assuming positive outcome) and a draft
press release. I have an example from one of the radio
groups that I will do a quick edit on.
So far I have 3 presentions in and uploaded to the
web. (BobLove, KhaledAmer, DennyGentry) if I missed
one let me know.
