RE: RPR perf: My thoughts
Think about putting microsoft behind a 64Kbps line, do you think
the traffic on that line will be self-similar or pegged. There
is a saturation region within which a link can operate where the
traffic is essentially pegged (esp. when RED is used as the
dropping mechanism)
