RPR perf: Vote results

Sorry for the delay in pulling together the vote results. I was planning on doing so over the weekend as promised, but fell sick.

I'm just starting to be able to pound again at the keyboard!

 

These are the results of the vote that we took electronically for running the initial simulations (just the first cut at it).

The other cases will be handled as step #2 and not ignored.

 

The vote is:

TCP:     1

Raw:     7

Unclear votes: 4

 

Details of the vote are in the attached spreadsheet.

 

There were some unclear votes which are given in the spreadsheet under the column marked with '?'.

They come from people who sent e-mails without expressing an explicit vote but making a point on a certain related or unrelated topic. As I mentioned, I do not plan on guessing people's votes, since it can put me in awkward situations if I guessed it wrong!
