RPR: Request for time slot

I'd like to request a time slot for a different topic.

 

Since fairness is a big issue in RPR, I've been doing some readings on the topic and would like a slot to propose a Fairness index that can be used for comparing various algorithms and proposals. This is based on a published paper with proposals for fairness algorithms, and the fairness index that they defined caught my attention and I felt it can be helpful to us in our efforts.

 

Please reserve a slot of 30 minutes for me to give this presentation.

The title of the presentation would be Proposal for fairness index.
