[rprsg] Please Confirm Attendance in Hilton Head

People, 

I've been asked by the co-ordinator of the 
March Meeting to poll my group to determine:

1) If anyone who is registered or has reserved
a hotel room will not be attending
  - say because your company is managing 
    expenses tighter now than a few weeks ago.

2) If you are planning on attending but have
not registered nor booked a hotel room yet.

Please reply to me (and not the reflector!)
and let me know by sunday night (they want
the data from me by monday)

If you are the contact person for a bunch of 
people from 1 company feel free to let me know
for your colleagues and reduce my email load :)
