[rprsg] error in definition of sink (data sink)

Brian Holden let me know that there is an error in the definition of
sink (data sink) in bs_defs_02.  The first alternative definition should
read:   "The functional unit that accepts transmitted data."  The next
version (bs_defs_03) will correct this and other errors.

There are also a couple of typos in my email.  The only significant one
is that the non-word "whould" is "should".

So far, response to the poll has been underwhelming.  If you don't have
an opinion on this set of terms, please send email with your abstainsion
so I know that folks are out there.
