We will not vote this P&P revision tomorrow, but it does relate to the
OM revision we are voting.  I provided these documents earlier, but have
made some minor editorial changes so I'm providing the updated
documents.

 

I am happy to accept comments on this P&P revision.  Since it is much
simpler, I am not using a formal comment sheet.  As noted before, this
revision will not be voted till November, and only if the OM revision is
approved.
