[802SEC] Responses to IEEE 802.11 comments on IEEE 802.3cx PAR and CSD

IEEE P802.3cx Item 5.2.b: The suggestion to change '... in support of ITU-T Recommendation G.8273.2 'Class C' and 'Class D' system time error performance requirements."' To read '... with the target being ITU-T Recommendation G.8273.2 'Class C' and 'Class D' system time error performance requirements."' was not made since the ITU specification are system level specifications with IEEE 802.3 PHY layer being a small portion of the overall timing budget for these specifications.

IEEE P802.3cx Item 8.1: The suggested addition of ITU-T G.8275.1 was made.

IEEE P802.3cx CSD Broad Market Potential: The text 'as they move to higher-rate interfaces' was deleted from the end to the sentence in the second item as suggested.

IEEE P802.3cx CSD Compatibility: The typo was corrected.

An updated draft PAR and draft CSD are available at <https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/19/ec-19-0160-01-00EC-ieee-p802-3cx-draft-par-response.pdf> and <https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/19/ec-19-0161-01-00EC-ieee-p802-3cx-draft-csd-response.pdf> respectively with the above changes marked in strikeout and underscore.
