[802SEC] confirming noon-1pm ET Tuesday 15 Dec 2020 for the 1st meeting of the 802 restructuring ad hoc
Dear EC Members and Designated WG/TAG members,
The poll is open until 23:59 AOE 25NOV2020, however based on the results of the doodle poll at this time, noon-1pm ET Tuesday 15 December is the best day/time to hold the meeting (only one person can't make it).
The draft agenda for the first meeting is:
- discuss the draft scope of the ad hoc: consider the pros and cons of various restructuring options
- schedule 1 hour meetings at least once per month for 2021, (with rotating times to maximize convenience across multiple time zones)
- discuss the proposed deliverable: a well vetted and socialized recommendation for EC consideration within 12 months
