Re: [802SEC] future meetings ad hoc notes

Ben,
I missed getting the 802 calendar updated.
I am glad your calendar helped you make it.
No one noted the missing item until after the call started.
I am happy to get help, if I have overlooked or lost an item.

One reason the meeting might have been sparsely attended is that I don't
see it on the 802 calendar and I did not see any meeting details via
email (but email is a bit unreliable today). Can we in the future put
these on the calendar?
Thanks
Ben

I’ll suggest an epoll then. I don’t want to call the straw polls

don’t mean we get additional versions of Mr. Gilb!). Also, I want
people to have some time to think about the issues.

Hi George,

I would suggest we either run the strawpolls during tomorrow's EC
meeting, or setup an epoll to run them over the course of the next 10
days.

FWIW,

Jon

We expect to conduct 3 straw polls on the number and format of
future 802 plenaries at our next meeting to help provide
recommendations to the 802 standards committee.

The wording of these straw polls can be found in the above notes.

John/Paul – can you add 10 minutes to tomorrow’s agenda to
discuss the output of this meeting and the plan for the next
meeting?

The next meeting of the ad hoc was scheduled for 12 Feburary at 12-1
pacific. (webex will be sent out after the EC telecon tomorrow)

Thank you,
