The process I would like to follow is have you present the rationale in the WG on Monday (if you are available).  The wednesday WG agenda is full.   Presenting it on Monday will open discussion in 802.11ax if there is any controversy.   Then bring a WG motion on Friday,   and that then publicly establishes the WG's position on the PAR modification.

We can do the approval in November EC and December NesCom (having preloaded).
