           D14.0 is now available within the private members' area:

Apologies that this has taken some time, but please be aware that the technical editor Lee has spent quite some time re-numbering the draft, based on the re-ordering of the 11aj, 11ak and 11aq amendments.  I would like to thank Lee for all his work and also Robert for reviewing and checking the re-numbering.

The re-circulation sponsor ballot will start shortly and following a discussion with Adrian, has been lengthened to 15 days (as opposed to 10 days) to account for the holidays.

Talking of which, may I wish you all happy holidays and thank you for all your hard work in 2017.
