This whole thread reminds me:  I thought we had agreed a process for doing “quick(er)” updates to the regulatory annexes (E and D?), so we could react to changes where required (and I’m ignoring the question of whether this particular one is required or not, for now!).

 

Did that process ever get settled, agreed, implemented, documented, etc.?
