Re: [STDS-802-11] FD-TIG Conference call announcments

I hae had positive feedback to move the call to July 3, 2018 at 11:15 EDT. We will be following the BCS call, so I am going to delay starting until 11:15 EDT to allow change over on the call. We will finish by 12:45 EDT so that we are off the call well in advance of the ECR call at 13:00 EDT.

Of course, if BCS, FD and ECR are all of interest to you, I suggest that you get a comfortable chair and a nice set of headphones.

Agenda to follow.

I have had a request to move the July 2 call as it is Canada Day.

July 4 is Independence day in the US.

So, I am going to propose July 3 at 11 am EDT.  This would be, unfortunately, extremely late in the day in KST/JST.

The other alternative would be to overlap with the BCS call at 10 am EDT and use a different conference/sharing system.

If you would attend or like to attend that call and have a opinion on the time, please contact me directly (not the list).

Thanks for your understanding.

I accordance with the 10 day announcement requirement for conference calls, I would like to announce FD-TIG conference calls at the following times and dates:

Thursday, June 28, 7 am PDT, 10 am EDT, 1.5 hour duration
Monday, July 2, 7 am PDT, 10 am EDT, 1.5 hour duration

The purpose of the calls is to review contributions for the draft FT-TIG report in advance of the plenary meeting.

Call in information will be the 802.11 join.me conferencing.

Agenda and more precise contact information to follow.

Thanks

James Gilb
