Re: [STDS-802-11] Announcement of process change to enable TG/SG/SC teleconference motions until face-to-face meetings resume

--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---

Dear Dorothy,

please clarify on the process wrt. "teleconference meetings that will consider motions shall be approved by the WG Chair”.

Is there a formal approval of the WG chair for such meetings, e.g. the TG Chair announces a “motion telco” and the WG Chair replies to this e-mail with “approved”?

Or do we by default assume your approval IF (1) the telco is announced as a telco during which motions are considered 10 days in advance and (2) draft motions to consider
are uploaded to mentor 10 days in advance?

Many thanks for your advice on how to handle this WG Chair approval part.

Best
Marc
