Hi all,

 

I included the primary channel in Radio Environment Request Vector since it is preferred by IEEE 1609. In order to address the 802.11 architecture issue, I added the following clarification text:

The primary channel is not used for channel switch.

NOTE: a NGV STA always works in one primary channel at any time.
