The NPRM has been uploaded to the Federal Register on 25 August 2023:
https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/08/25/2023-18357/cybersecurity-labeling-for-internet-of-things

As referred to the website, "comments are due on or before September 25, 2023 and reply comments are due on or before October 10, 2023".  If you would like IEEE 802 LMSC to prepare a submission, please bring a submission to IEEE 802.18 to consider no later than the first meeting slot (Tuesday AM2, 10:30am ET to 12:30pm ET) of the 2023 September wireless interim.  For reply comment, please bring a submission to IEEE 802.18 to consider no later than 3pm ET on 28 September 2023.

Hope it helps.

Regards,
Edward

On 10 August 2023, FCC released a NPRM in the matter of Cybersecurity Labeling for Internet of Things (PS Docket No. 23-239).  Please refer to:
https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/FCC-23-65A1.pdf

As mentioned in the fact sheet (https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-395909A1.pdf), it is a voluntary program similar to the Energy Star program, and the program may be up by late 2024.

The NPRM is yet to be posted on the Federal Register.  Once it is posted, I will let you know the internal 802.18 deadline if you would like IEEE 802 LMSC to prepare a response / reply comment.

Regards,
Edward
