[STDS-802-11] Revised IEEE 802 draft submission + motion re: FCC's 6 GHz Second FNPRM

Thanks again for the lively discussion on the IEEE 802 draft response to the FCC's consultation on 6 GHz FNPRM.

The latest version for review/comment is available (18-24/0007r4):

If you have any additional inputs, comments, or suggestions, please let Hassan know as soon as possible.  IEEE 802.18 will consider approval of the draft response on Thursday AM1.
