[RPRWG] Comments on May meeting minutes
802.17 Secretaries: Thank you for getting the meeting minutes completed and
posted early to give us all time to review them. After a first quick
reading, I have two quick comments.
(1) formatting: The motion on the bottom of page 27 spills over to page 28.
Consider adding the words: "No quorum, vote invalid, motion dropped" on the
same line as the vote. The pagination makes it difficult to understand what
the outcome of that vote was.
(2) Where a roll call was requested, the results should be presented. My
recommendation is that you make the attendance list at the end of the
minutes into a table and add two more columns, one for each motion where a
roll call was requested, and add Y, N, A or leave blank for Yes, No,
Abstain, and did not vote, on the roll call motions. Using this method will
eliminate the need to repeat the attendance list for each roll call motion.
