The San Diego meeting is next week and the rough agenda is
as follows:

Proposal for new work from Huawei (attached pdf file)
Discussion of ITU liaison letter
Maintenance
Tuesday/Wednesday will be used for 17b comment resolution and
maintenance work and any spill over from Monday.
I expect to have a closing plenary early Thursday morning or
late Wednesday as some people have requested an early departure
given the likelyhood that there are NOT a lot of comments on
the latest recirc of 17b D1.6
