I had a question regarding scope of 802.21 w.r.t different 802.11
technologies, namely 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n etc.

Depending on environment, usage and other factors a user may want to
select one of the above technologies over another and also switch
between them at different times, for a variety of reasons...

Is this type of link selection/handover within scope of 802.21?
