On putting section 4 Architecture in Requirements Document

Section 4
"Architecture" is inconsistent with respect to the "requirements
document".
If we keep the
section 4 in this Requirements draft that means we are already putting one of
the proposed solution in Requirements doc.
I propose to remove
any pre-PAR proposals from Requirements document.
