Updated draft requirements

Hello folks,

Please find attached updated draft requirements after today’s teleconference.

Also attached is updated list of unresolved comments taking into account Mani’s comments earlier today.

And finally also attached are meeting minutes of today’s teleconference from Xiaoyu Liu.

If you need to submit normative text for any part of the Requirements document please try to send that over to me before the next teleconference.
