QoS discussion
We discussed some QoS mapping issues in today's conference call, including the notion of "transferring QoS context"
One of the aspects of mapping will be how to represent the QoS across diverse link types. 802.11e has a variety of representations that can be used by an application through the MAC. One reference which is footnoted in the draft 8 of .11e is RFC 2215.
