IEEE 802.11u draft requirements document

Dear all,
	IEEE 802.11u has now re-formatted and expanded the TGu draft 
requirements document 11-05-279r14 into functional areas that 
we think our requirements fall into:

* Online Enrolment
* Network Selection
* Security
* Authorization from Service Provider
!!!*** IEEE 802.21 Media Independent Handover Support ***!!!
* Miscellaneous

If possible I would appreciate some feedback on this 
document, and more importantly comments about whether some of 
these items should remain in IEEE 802.11 or be moved into IEEE 802.1 
or (even - da da dah) IEEE 802.21?
