Ulises, Thanx for setting this up. I for one would like to understand fairly
clearly what the goals of this effort are and what we specifically plan to
accomplish here, beyond just making other standard bodies aware of 802.21. So
including this upfront in the agenda may be helpful. Also in the current draft we have a
section in the Appendix (section D-4) which lists Cellular specific Amendments. Would like this ad hoc to consider what needs
to happen to these amendments and their purpose. Will these be refined, updated

Basic use case specification c. Telecom 3
Initial 3GPP letter draft d. Telecom 4
