The Letter Ballot Instructions and Voter
list document has been updated on the website after the telecon on March 30. - The closing date for 30 day LB #1 has been
set as April 30, 2006. - The return rate for Approval has been
set as 50% - The Voter list has been updated based on
updates from WG members and further examination of attendance sheets. (If you believe you are a
802.21 voting member and your name does not appear in this updated list please
let us know.) The Mar-30 telecon minutes and notes from
Xiaoyu and Michael have been uploaded on the website as well (May 06 folder in
Documents section). For further
details on Letter Ballots and other procedural matters you might find it useful
to check out the 802 policies and procedures rules at http://www.ieee802.org/policies-and-procedures.pdf.
You might also find it useful to review the IEEE-SA Standards Board Operations
Manual (http://standards.ieee.org/guides/opman/). Section
5.4.3.2 of the IEEE-SA Standards Board Operations Manual deals with resolution
