We have a significant task at hand at resolving the comments
received as part of LB #1. Given the large number of comments received, most likely we
may not get done with Comment Resolution in one regular IEEE (interim/plenary face
to face) meeting (or depending on how things go, even in two!). As such some members have suggested the idea of having
additional ad hoc 802.21 meetings (face to face) to help with Comment
Resolution. We could plan for one such additional ad hoc meeting towards
the middle of June for say three days. The place and exact dates could be
decided later (at next IEEE meeting in May) based on member preferences and
availability of choices for meeting sites (based on volunteers who can host the
