to the Editor. If you feel that any of these comments need to be marked
Technical please do let us know. Some comments were marked as Deferred and
resolutions are being developed for these comments. These comments and their resolutions would
be discussed further in the March meeting. For all other comments resolutions were
developed during the ad hoc and they have been incorporated in the Commentary
file. If you disagree with any of these
resolutions or would like to discuss any of these comments further please let
us know and we can discuss them during the March Orlando meeting. The Editor is currently preparing an
interim version of the draft D9.1 based on resolutions that have been developed. This version of the draft will be posted
