Hello Burak, During the May meeting an ad hoc was
created for addressing this topic. This teleconference is organized as part
of this ad hoc and is an opportunity for everyone in WG to participate. The WG teleconference schedule between two
meetings is generally published as part of the Closing Report. More teleconferences can be organized if
required. Please let me know if you need one. It’s always a good idea to give
enough advance notice of such teleconferences. I believe TAGs can organize

please tell the required procedure to organize a teleconference on similar
issues? Are you responsible for assigning those teleconferences and therefore
we should ask you first before organizing one or do we need to have an approval
