I agree that the closing plenary report should reflect the summary of
key outcomes However, it is not appropriate to add things that were not
discussed. For example, the PAR telecon was never discussed and no one
has asked for a slot. Regarding "offline discussions with several
companies", is it not very common and always encouraged for
harmonization and work progress? What is the benefit for highlighting
this in case of MRPM only?

However based on "offline discussions with companies" it was decided to defer this PAR. Hence it's important to capture this, since there is no mention of this in any other minutes.
