IEEE 802 CFI Tutorial related with 802.21

Dear all,

The call for interest tutorial with the tile of "Future 802.16
Networks: Challenges and Possibilities" will be held at 7:30–9:00 pm
of March 15th (Monday) in the upcoming IEEE 802 plenary meeting.
