Dear Members,
Based upon the results of the recirculation ballots on P802.21a/D6.0  
and P802.21b/D6.0,  the terms of
the conditional approval have been met and I have notified to the EC.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the WG and SB members for 
their hard work and support.
