Moving the 802.21(c) examples to an Appendix

Hello folks,

While studying the full 802.21(c) document, I started to think that
section 11.6 detracts from the general flow of the document.  Would
there be any objection if I were to move the entire section to a new
Appendix?

If it's O.K., I think the proper place for the new Appendix would be
just before the current Annex N.
