[STDS-802-24] Results of IEEE 802.24 LB03

LB03 ended 15 March 2013.
The motion was: To approve document 24-13-0007-00 and request EC to
approve for communications to to SGIP as SIF contributions from IEEE
802. The documents will be forwarded to Bill Ash to be transmitted to
the appropriate individual in SGIP.
The results were:

Approval ratio 96%
