[802.3_100GCU] IEEE P802.3bj meeting materials, comment reports

The meeting materials for the May 2013 interim have been updated (again) and the unapproved meeting minutes posted.

The final responses to comments received during initial Working Group ballot on Draft 2.0, sorted both by Clause and comment ID, have also been posted.

Finally, it was pointed out that one of the channels referred to in ran_3bj_01a_0513.pdf had not been posted to the "Channel Data" web page. "Channel with 33 dB at 7GHz for KP4", provided by Rich Mellitz (Intel), is now available. I want to thank Rich for making this data available to the Task Force.
