[802.3_100GEL] Reminder of Upcoming Deadlines

Hello All –

Final reminder about SA Ballot closing this coming Sunday.  For those of you who are in the balloting group (you would have had to take action back in November for this), reminder of the above deadline.  For those NOT in the balloting group, please note that you can still submit non-required comments, but we had asked you to submit those by yesterday… so get them to Matt in ASAP!!

Any presentations that complete a comment (graphs, tables, etc.) must be submitted by Sunday, Jan 9 (suggested with your comments).  Any further presentations must be formatted for the 15 minute time slot (including clarifying Q&A) and are due 1/17.

Should you want to present at either upcoming ad hoc (1/12 & 1/19), request and presentation are due the Monday prior to the ad hoc.

Happy New Year!

~Beth

Subject: EEE P802.3ck Standards Association ballot opens and 'Chair's standard offer'

Dear Task Force Participants,

The initial Standards Association ballot has officially opened on IEEE P802.3ck/D3.0 with a ballot close date of Sunday 9th January 2022 23:59 AOE. If you are a member of the IEEE P802.3ck Standards Association ballot group and are planning to comment further on the draft, please access the ballot at <https://development.standards.ieee.org/myproject-web/app#>.

If you did not join the Standards Association ballot group, but still would like to comment on the draft, it will save the task force officers significant effort if you would send your comments to Matt Brown <mbrown8023@xxxxxxxxx> for inclusion in the ballot by Monday 3rd January 2022 AOE. Such comments will be identified in the comment field as coming from you, and like all comments from outside the ballot group will be non-binding. A web page containing the instructions on how to do this and the spreadsheet that you will need to use to enter your comments is available at <http://www.ieee802.org/3/WG_tools/non_voter_comment/index.html>.

Remember that any presentation that completes a comment (ie: a proposed graph or equation, etc. is due to me at the close of ballot).  Consensus presentations have a different deadline.

Best Regards,

Beth Kochuparambil

Chair, IEEE P802.3ck Task Force
