[10GBT] Approval to go to WG ballot

Title: Approval to go to WG ballot

Dear Task Force members,

For those that were unable to attend the closing session of the IEEE 802.3 working group meeting, the working group voted in favor (Y76-N12-A15) of IEEE P802.3an going to working group ballot.  I would like to congratulate the task force on meeting this milestone in our project, and I look forward to our continued development of the 10GBASE-T draft standard.
